Performance Data

The government publishes school assessment data yearly. The last available public data  before 2022/23 is from 2018/19.

School performance data for the 2022/23 academic year should be used with caution given the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, which affected individual schools and pupils differently.

In certain circumstances data is suppressed in establishments when there are 5 or fewer pupils in order to protect individual privacy.  This was the case during the 2018 to 2019 academic year for Withington C of E Primary School.

N.B. The data for schools with very small cohorts are likely to be more volatile from year to year due to the progress and attainment of individual pupils having a larger impact on the overall data – Ofsted Data Dashboard, 2016. E.g. In a year where there are only 5 pupils in a cohort, each child’s results is equal to 20% of the total.
